Church of Channeling and Spiritual Healing Limited (the “Church”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an Australian registered religious charity. The website, programs, ceremonies, teachings, recordings, publications, retreats, memberships and other offerings are provided for religious, spiritual, devotional and educational purposes.

Our teachings may include channeling, prayer, meditation, spiritual healing, energy-based practices, sacred initiations, ceremonial work, spiritual counselling, discussion of extrasensory abilities and other faith-based practices consistent with the Church’s doctrine.

The Church, its directors, ministers, facilitators, volunteers and contractors do not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric services or emergency mental health care unless a particular individual is separately qualified and expressly engaged in that professional capacity.

Spiritual healing, channeling, meditation, prayer, energy practices and religious instruction are complementary spiritual practices. They are not substitutes for medical, psychiatric, psychological or other licensed professional care.

• Do not delay or discontinue medical treatment because of information or spiritual practices provided by the Church.
• Seek prompt advice from an appropriately qualified health professional regarding any health concern.
• Call emergency services if you or another person may be in immediate danger.
• Do not alter prescribed medication without consulting the prescribing practitioner.

Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is suitable for you and for stopping immediately if you experience distress, disorientation, physical discomfort or other adverse effects.

Before participating, disclose any relevant health, mobility, pregnancy, psychological or accessibility issue where disclosure is reasonably necessary for safe participation. We may decline or limit participation where we reasonably consider this necessary for safety, legal compliance or the wellbeing of the community.

Experiences and outcomes vary. We do not promise or guarantee healing, recovery, financial improvement, relationship outcomes, spiritual awakening, development of extrasensory abilities, contact with spiritual beings, or any other particular result.

Descriptions of spiritual experiences reflect matters of faith, interpretation and personal experience. They are not representations of scientifically established fact.

General discussion of money, relationships, law, immigration, business or life decisions is not professional advice. Obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional before making important medical, legal, financial, tax, migration or business decisions.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this document excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

You acknowledge the ordinary risks associated with online participation, meditation, extended sitting, travel, retreats, group activities, emotional reflection, ceremonial environments, candles, incense, sound, movement and similar activities. This acknowledgement does not waive liability that cannot lawfully be waived.

Persons under 18 may participate only where the relevant program expressly permits minors and with the consent and supervision requirements specified by the Church. The Church does not provide channeling practices or altered-state induction to minors.
